Katrina Rathie is a non-executive Director to the Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Board. She was formerly the Partner in Charge of King & Wood Mallesons, Sydney. As the only Asian Australian woman to lead a top-tier law firm, Katrina is a role model for gender and cultural diversity in the professional services industry. Katrina was named the winner of the AFR Woman of Influence awards in the Board & Management category and NSW Woman Lawyer of the Year. She is a non-executive director of The Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia, Cranbrook School and NSW Rugby/Waratahs. She is a member of Chief Executive Women, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Law Society of NSW.
