Established in January 2020, CAAL aims to address the significant under-representation of Asian-Australians in leadership positions within Australian public institutions and major private-sector corporations. Before joining ANU, Jieh-Yung worked in various policy and project roles for a number of not for profit and advocacy organisations. He was elected and served two terms as a Councillor with the City of Monash including two years as Deputy Mayor.
