Isabel Lo · founder

Isabel Lo has worked as a journalist for the best part of a decade. She was part of the fledgling team that launched ABC News 24, Australia's first free-to-air news network. She later went to work at CNN in London and more recently, at Mamamia as a senior editor. When she is not devoting time to Media Diversity Australia, Isabel alternates her time between raising two children and actively avoiding clickbait.

ANTOINETTE LATTOUF · CO-founder

Antoinette Lattouf is an award-winning journalist whose career spans television, radio and online in both commercial and public broadcasting media. Antoinette is currently a senior journalist at the ABC and a journalism lecturer at Macleay College. She is a pinot noir and pilates devotee - but sadly these past times that are mutually exclusive.

MARC FENNELL · CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ky Chow has worked in journalism for over a decade, after escaping from the corporate world. Starting at SBS Radio, he joined Sky News Business where he's 78% sure he was the first man of Chinese descent to be an Australian news reporter. Ky then ran an online video team at Fairfax' Australian Financial Review. Since then he has reported ABC Radio National Breakfast and freelanced as an MC, media trainer, video director and writer. When he's not plotting on how to entice more culturally diverse Australians into media, Ky shamelessly dons lycra to cycle the streets of Sydney, and is only marginally more discrete when sneaking in Instagram shots of his better restaurant experiences.
